Azerbaijan Airlines (Azərbaycan Hava Yolları), also known as AZAL, is the flag carrier and largest airline of the country of Azerbaijan. Based in Baku, adjacent to Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the carrier operates to destinations across Asia, the CIS, Europe and the USA.

  • 2. Background

    In support of our client, we are seeking applications from qualified B747-400 pilots to supplement the Expat Community in Baku, Azerbaijan! 


    You will be based in the  vibrant Capital City of Baku and enjoy the benefits of flying for a Flag Carrier!

  • 3. Schedule

    You will be based in Baku, Azerbaijan. 


    During this ON time, our Airline Client will roster you to any of their more than 30 desitnations globally!


    With major plans for the future, these 30 destinations are planned to increase to 60 very soon!

  • 4. Minimum Requirements

    • Airbus A320 Valid Type Rating
    • Minimum 2,000 hours Total Time
    • Minimum 700 hours on A320

    • Valid and Current EASA/FAA License and Medical;
    • Valid Passport with full COVID-19 Vaccination.

    • Applicants must be current and qualified i.e. within 12 months of their last proficiency check!
